I’m Carolyn J. Murphy, a keynote speaker, author, TN Certified Peer Recovery Specialist, Certified Christian Life Coach, trauma-informed consultant, and Founder & CEO of Firm Foundations Community Outreach, LLC. My work centers on emotional wellness, fear, identity, resilience, and helping people and organizations rebuild from the inside out.
My lived experience taught me the importance of being seen, heard, and supported. Today, I bring that understanding into my speaking, consulting, peer support, and Professional Listening Sessions™, creating spaces where people can process honestly, gain clarity, and move forward with intention.
At the heart of my work is a simple belief: fear does not have to determine what happens next.
